Richard (Bo) Garner, President and Owner of Garner Mechanical Services, brings a wide range of industrial mechanical knowledge built over decades of experience. His hands-on leadership and commitment to quality have earned him a powerful reputation across the industry for excellence and integrity in every job. Bo has done it all, from working on heavy duty rock crushers to dismantling and installing complete, complex engineered board layup lines and large industrial press systems.  His extensive field experience spans both routine mechanical service and highly specialized, large scale industrial projects. Known for his unmatched work ethic and a no nonsense, 'do it right the first time' philosophy, Bo provides clients with the assurance that every job will be completed with precision and professionalism. His leadership has helped Garner Mechanical Services build lasting relationships and a reputation for dependable, top-tier work in the industrial sector.

Todd Prenoveau, Project and Team Manager began his career in the wood products industry in 1997 and quickly advanced from millwright apprentice to maintenance supervisor, a position he held for 18 years. During this time, he developed a deep understanding of multi-opening presses, hydraulic systems, industrial sanders and saws, boilers, dryers and conveying systems, including low- and high pressure air systems. In 2018, he transitioned to a corporate reliability / project management role where he led major plant improvements and capital projects across multiple facilities. Arauco recognized Todd as a multi-opening press expert, with experience supporting international operations within the company to find solutions to critical equipment issues. His leadership style built on teamwork, accountability, and firsthand problem solving makes him a respected figure in the industry and a key asset to every project he leads.
